  • Carleh Little

Carleh is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario where she completed her Bachelor of Science with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology (2016). While completing her undergraduate degree, Carleh worked with elite athletes to prevent injury and improve recovery through physical exercises, bracing, and taping. She is currently an active member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and a Registered Kinesiologist in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario since 2016.

Since completing her degree and becoming a registered Kinesiologist, Carleh attended the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) in Toronto where she completed the 5 year program in 2021 and in November of 2022 she successfully defended her thesis on the “The effects of global osteopathic treatment on glycemic variability in type 2 diabetes mellitus: a case series”.

Through her work with high level athletes and complex medical cases, Carleh feels very strongly that a combination of physical exercises and osteopathic techniques can help with recovery by removing imbalances that may be present and working towards the health of the body.

While attending the CCO Carleh began her practice in 2017 working out of a clinic in London Ontario, with medically released veterans to improve their function and enhance their activities of daily living. Through working with these complex cases, Carleh developed a passion for how various aspects of the body can work together to improve an individual’s ability to function and enhance their outlook on life.

Through her work with high level athletes and complex medical cases, Carleh feels very strongly that a combination of physical exercises and osteopathic techniques can help with recovery by removing imbalances that may be present and working towards the health of the body.

She looks forward to working with all individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
